Nothing like the county fair. Ours starts soon. Les is a fair participant nut, I on the other hand just like to go and soak in the sights, sounds, smells, etc.
I am married to Ross, a cowboy in the true sense of the word. We live on the family ranch in southeastern New Mexico. We have three kids, one grandbaby, two dogs, 2 cats and way too much fun. Ross's folks, David and Anetta, live next door with their mothers, Lillian and Frances. We have five generations living at headquarters, quite unusual for this day and age. We run cattle, have a thousand head growing yard and have an agricultural trucking business. In the summer, we haul baled hay, oats, and sordan from various farms in the pecos valley to dairies and ranches in the area. Since we started this business ten years ago, we have had the privilege of working as a family. I have a full life and I thank the Good Lord everyday for blessing me beyond measure.
